If you paid your deposit on a card your deposit was pre-authorised, it will show as a pending transaction for around a week then it voids itself off. You won't see it as a refund as it was never fully charged. Some banks like Metro, Monzo, and Stirling bank take longer to clear the funds back to their customers. If your transaction is still pending after a week you will need to contact your bank and ask them how much longer they will be holding it for as it has already been released from us.
We do not have these funds in our Bank account at any time.
Due to the high number of Penalties that were being issued to our customers we have now registered all of our vehicles for the Dartford Crossing.
From the 1st March 2019 all crossings will be paid for by ourselves and re charged to the hirer.
The rates for crossings including admin fees are currently:
£3.50 for cars and up to 9 seat vehicles.
£4.00 for vans and vehicles with 10 or more seats.
This is for each crossing.
The penalties that were in place previously resulted in a charge of £70.00 from dart charge plus up to £50.00 admin from ourselves. This has removed these charges.

As a general rule most vehicles have 250 miles per day for 1-3 days, ie 2 days has 500 Miles.
4 days and over generally have 150 miles per day, this is still almost 55000 miles per year.
In order to hire a Minibus from us you will need to have a D1 category on your driving licence.
Without a D1 you do not hold a licence to drive our 15 or 17 seaters, they are all over 3.5 tons in weight.
If you are unclear on this at all then please give the office a call.
